In this collab we have not been afraid to get our hands dirty!
Ugly Duck teamed up with the nice people at ‘People like us’ to make a rustic Belgian style blonde.
We brewed a dry and spicy blonde and then blended it with barrelagered beer fermeted with cultures of wild yeast and bacteria.
We used idaho 7 as late hops to deliver a fruity, spicy and dry golden beer with a tart, yet full mouthfeel. A highly chuggable beer.
