Brewer’s Notes: We had talked with Rune from PLU about making a beer for Baltic Porter Day 2025, but unfortunately the timing wasn’t quite right, fast forward one year and we sorted it out. And glad we did, the result is a lovely take on the traditional style, using chocolate wheat and a lighter roasted chocolate rye for subtle and layered notes of chocolate in a light bodied, drinkable beer. Hopped with Saaz.
