A super smooth, full bodied, and fruity rye DIPA with a big burst of ripe tropical fruit and citrus and a touch of bitterness for just the right balance.
25% organic rye malt from Gyrup Malt plus a good 10% oats as the base of this thick and juicy beer. Hops are a combination of old and new favorites: Mosaic, Krush, Talus and Talus Cryo.
