With finesse and mastery, they selected a yeast strain that harmonizes seamlessly with our vision: go big, go bold. Opshaug Kveik Ale (WLP518) was originally used in the 1990s to produce kornøl-style beers. It is a clean fermenting yeast with an unusual alcohol tolerance of 15%ABV
