A treacherously drinkable tripel with malty and hoppy notes, a subtle twist of kumquats and mango and a slightly spicy aftertaste.
Crossing the Amazon, past dangerous red-bellied piranhas, we searched for the most unusual and exotic funky fruits. We found sun-ripened mango and kumquat and together with a touch of spicy chili we used them to enrich our beer into our heavenly smelling whole. This is a tripelwith a bite. Only suitable for cold-blooded people because once you’ve taken a sip you won’t want to leave it.
