Pusterum

We love an easy drinking Saison, with its crisp and slightly hoppy taste complimenting the spicy and fruity aromas from the rustic yeast.

The word Pusterum means a break or a space in which to take a breath and pause.

This beer is for us a break from the hyper focus on IPAs and a chance to experience a different expression of flavour and aroma. A trusty and traditional beer as an escape from hyped modern styles, so to speak. It is also an inspiration to kick back on a porch in the countryside with a couple of cold ones and enjoy the peace and nature around you.

The cockerel on the label is a reference to the Albertslund coat of arms, where you see a rooster adorned weather vane with the V and Ø for Herstedvester and Herstedøster. Our brewery is situated in between the West and the East. Albertslund itself can also be seen as a Pusterum, a green and peaceful escape outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.
