Tasting Notes/Label Text: A collaborative effort between the brewers at Fanø Bryghus and the fine folks at Lighthouse Burger; “Sailor’s Choice” is a Milkshake IPA brewed with Galaxy, Citra, Vic Secret, El Dorado and Ekuanot hops. It’s an infinitely drinkable IPA with refreshing notes of citrus, passion fruit and pineapple.
ABV: 6%
IBU: 20 IBU
Malts: Pilsner, Pale Wheat, CaraClair, Flaked Oats
Hops: Galaxy, Citra, Ekuanot, Vic Secret, El Dorado
Adjuncts: LACTOSE
Aroma: citrus, passion fruit and pineapple.
Yeast: Verdant
New England IPA: En tåget pale ale med kraftig frugtig karakter, uden den typiske bitterhed som forbindes med IPA. Stilarten og eksemplerne bør nydes så friske som muligt.
