FRIDAY ONLY: Wheat wine made with local ingrediends, including 100% organic barley, wheat and spelt from Gyrup Malt, Danish honey, and Copenhagen grown hops from our friends ByHumle. Aged for 14 months in small format Thy Whiskey barrels (ex bourbon and Pedro Ximinez sherry).

Brewed in collaboration with Forager Brewery, Pleasanti Street and Øllebrødre.

Amerikansk barley wine: Engelsk barley wine domineres af vinøs og kompleks maltkarakter, mens amerikansk barley wine er mere præget af både malt og humle.
