Spring Lager w/ WLP840 American Lager Yeast

Our Spring Lager is a Marzen or Marzenbier (meaning March Beer in German) has been around before the 16th century. This was brewed with a smooth caramel sweetness to encourage generous gulps but still crisp enough to refresh the palate.
This strain makes dry and clean lagers with minimal sulfur and diacetyl production. This strain is easy to work with and fit for American-style lagers.

Tysk pilsner: En lys og tør pilsnerøl, med markant humlebitterhed og indslag af DMS. Det hårde og sulfatrige vand i Nordtyskland gør at øllet har en mere kantet og humlebitter profil end de tjekkiske pilsnere.
