Ugly Duck Ruby Vixen Brut Rouge IPA

Climate change is real! At least we´ve got those long warm summer nights to enjoy ourselves with a nice cold glass of pink bubbles. We used pilsnermalt only in combination with an enzyme to give this beer a bone-dry finish. We dryhopped with copious amounts of Barbe Rouge, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, hops from three different continents, just for your fruity enjoyment. Finally, this beer is fermented on blueberries to give a pink rosé feel and slight tangy tartness. Start sipping and enjoy the summer. You fox!
