Bicycle Cidery

Copenhagen’s only craft cider producer, we make a range of our own organic ciders by hand in 150L fermentation tanks located just behind the bar. We produce everything from single variety apple ciders, to pear, cherry, black currant and other blends using 100% organic, locally sourced fruity. As an ultra small batch producer, we are continuously experimenting with new blends and different varieties, but we generally focus on making clean, crisp and fruity ciders that highlight the amazing quality of the raw ingredients that we use.
