Birrificio PLØTEGHER is an independent Italian farm brewery located in the Alps, at the foot of Beseno Castle in Trentino-Alto Adige.
Our beers are brewed with a strong connection to land, time, and tradition, using selected raw materials and a hands-on approach that values authenticity over volume.
The brewery’s identity is deeply inspired by ancient northern roots. The Cimbri, an ancient Nordic people originating from Jutland, migrated south and settled in our mountain area centuries ago. For us, bringing our beer to Denmark feels like a symbolic return to those origins.
At Ølfestival 2026 we will serve draft beer only, poured directly from keg, and presented in a stand built entirely of wood, inspired by medieval and Nordic architecture.
