BLAS

BLAS is a small Irish/Danish family-run microbrewery housed in an old creamery 10km from Billund where the hills and forests of the Vejle Ådal turn into the barren heath of West Jutland. We take our inspiration from the diversity of our wonderful world and its different peoples and cultures.

We brew on a small fully manual brewhouse and place a strong focus on experimentation and continuously handcrafting new and exciting beers that are balanced, fresh and full of flavour. Caring about nature and our local community is at the heart of what we do. That’s why all of our beers are certified organic, our grain is grown and malted here in Denmark and our spent mash is used to feed cattle at local farms.
