Ghost Brewing

Behind Ghost Brewing is Morten Kristoffersen and Bo Høyer, who also was behind the Danish BeerHouse and Bryggens BeerBar.

Ghost Brewing is a contract brewery, meaning that we do not have our own brewery, but are brewing our beers on contract at Amager Bryghus. Our passion for overseas beer, started back in 2004 when we in Denmark started the first serious import, of the best micro brews from the US and Canada through Danish BeerHouse. We are not hiding the fact, that we are extremely happy for the black and hoppy beers. But we overexert ourselves very much in the crazy black barrel aged beers, as we think it’s the most awesome beers around. So we just want to contribute with some additional “goodies” to a already excellent Danish and foreign beer market.
