Like many great ideas, the idea for JustOne was born in a haze of a few too many beers.

Casper have poured thousands of beers behind a bar, and often wondered, why most people choose to drink boring beer, in a bar with endless opportunities for other more exciting options. Why do people willingly pay for boring beer when they could have an objectively better beer for nearly the same price?

Could it be that most people simply don’t understand the vast world of amazing beer? Maybe people simply chose to drink boring beer because they feel overwhelmed and confused. Like, what even is a NE DDH DIPA??? Might as well drink the usual then.

On a night out after one too many beers, Casper decided to change this madness of bad beer choices. And so it began. He started exploring the opportunity to brew his own beer. The idea was simple. First of all: brew some damn good beer. Secondly: make it easy for people to understand what the beer tastes like before spending their money.

Although the idea was simple, the process to a final product was going to be long. Brewing again and again, until the beer was undeniably perfect. In fact so perfect, that drinking just one beer, was practically impossible. And so the name was born.
