VALKIRIJA Trentina is a Keller-style lager brewed in the Italian Alps at the foot of Beseno Castle, Trentino.Unfiltered and naturally cloudy, it represents the most authentic expression of a traditional lager, served as it leaves the cellar.
Brewed with selected malts and noble hops, VALKIRIJA offers a clean and balanced profile, with soft malt notes, gentle bitterness, and exceptional drinkability.The absence of filtration preserves freshness, texture, and aroma, making it a living beer with depth and character.
Inspired by Nordic heritage and ancient traditions, VALKIRIJA is a beer meant to be enjoyed fresh, poured directly from the keg, just as lager was originally intended.
International lager: En industriel og let tilgængelig version af pilsnerøllet. Det er ikke ualmindeligt at der kun bruges bitterhumle og malten suppleres ofte med råfrugt. Øllet gærer et par grader varmere end normal pilsnergæring.
